      I've drafted an incident response procedure that includes a checklist to identify the scale and details of the incident. This has been shown to a few members of staff during the ISMF and it was suggested that this was expanded to other areas. Further work is required on this and SP-2457 has been created to develop this further.

    Description

      Investigate and propose a better solution for recording security incidents (e.g. include a reporting function in the SKAO Helpdesk Portal, create dashboard showing the real time status of security incidents). Implementation to be completed in a future PI.

      Create a security incident checklist that helps identify the scale of an incident and tasks to complete.
