    Description

      To produce a network design based on the movement of the CBF/PSS & PST to the SPC.
      Raise ECP to replace existing baseline design for the CSP-SDP.
      Assess costings submitted for the ECP is still valid - If not raise new ECP to change the costings.
      Re-evaluate the existing IPS for the new design.
      Change any relevant ICDs.
