Demonstrate ESCAPE IAM propagation from e.g. ESAP to BinderHub

ESAP and BinderHub both use ESCAPE IAM for authentication, and ESAP is intended to redirect a user to external notebook services, like BinderHub, for interactive analysis. It isn't clear whether authentication with one service will propagate to other services, and how this is managed (i.e. whether the browser handles this automatically, or whether it requires development on the side of the service that handles the redirection).

Therefore there is a chunk of exploratory work involved in exploring this functionality, which would ultimately be demonstrated.
