Develop the flows for the behavioural tests for the Startup Telescope Scenario - AA0.5/ITF

Telescope Startup Use Case has to be further developed 

Startup scenario:

• Behavioural description is needed
• Check the current TPs and identify if more behavioural steps to be added
• Sequencing of the steps to be derived
• Identifying the alternate flows

Stories Breakout:

•  Identify the behavioural TPs relevant to the Start Telescope use case - SP1 - Ravi/Yusuke/Vani - 8SP
• Add more detail to the existing main flow if possible - SP2 - (Dep SI) - Ravi/Yusuke/Vani - 5SP
• Define alternate flows necessary to cover all the behavioural TPs - SP3/SP4 - (Dep SI) - Ravi/Yusuke/Vani - 2+SP
