Use cases, requirements and procurement of infrastructure in support of AAVS2/3

There is a need to support the ongoing work with AAVS2&3 and ensure that data can be analysed using Ravi Subramanian's calibration code. We need to:

• understand the use case(s)
• understand how these translate into technical requirements on the infrastructure
• procure that infrastructure
• arrange for installation at the Pawsey Centre (target PI14)
• also arrange for access to the Nimbus private cloud at Pawsey to start with and to tie things over should delivery dates slip
• also support of TMC & MCCS servers in the ASKAP processing facility (SP-2073)
