Reintroduce end to end tests in skampi

As new components are introduced into skampi, work needs to be conducted to add appropriate end-to-end tests verifying functionality.

The following are key considerations:

1. Tests should pass consistently (at least a 100 times withing stfc back to back)
2. Synchronicity and correct order of state changes should be focused on
3. Organisation of tests and their traceability to features/requires/test plans
