Operations will use adminMode to set the Telescope or any part of the Telescope as reserved for engineering operations (MAINTENANCE), off-line or not-fitted. It should be possible to reserve the whole Telescope for engineering operations (MAINTENANCE). The TM Central Node does not implement adminMode, which means that it is not possible to set the whole Telescope in MAINTENANCE or OFFLINE.
