By resolving the Matrix issues we make the use of Council Chamber easier for the staff who need to use the AV facilities as this becomes more automated.

Less time and resource is required from the IT team to support the operation of the room.

By resolving the reliability issues of Camera 2 and TV Display MON1 we restore the functionality of the Council Chamber to it's original capability.

      1. The AV Matrix requires no manual programming intervention when the Council Chamber AV is started up (for a standard meeting).
      2. Camera 2 works reliably.
      3. TV Display "MON1" works reliably.

    Description

There are a number if issues with the equipment in the council chamber.

These are taking up IT support time each time the room is used.

      1. AV Matrix gets reset to a pre-set value each time the Council Chamber VC is started on the Crestron tablet. The pre-set value is not correct and manual configuration of the VC sources for VC1, VC2 and camera then needs to be carried out on the Matrix panel.
      2. Camera 2 in the chamber is also not reliable and is currently not providing a video feed.
      3. TV "MON 1" located in the floor area is not reliable and is currently not showing a video feed.
