Description
Bring an IT Asset Management capability into Jira Service Desk and set up a discovery capability to allow for the automated auditing of SKAO computer assets.
Build up a test environment and then take into Live Jira Service Desk.
Build-in a Fixed Asset Register linkage to support Finance and SKAO's records management of capitalised assets.
Determine best method of exporting Spiceworks tickets and do so allowing for the decommission of the Spiceworks server and the demotion of the Domain Controller role on that Windows server.
UPDATE
We are descoping the asset elements of this Feature as we could not complete the work with BAU commitments and we have added the work to provide an HR Service Desk that took a lot of this time away. We will create a new Feature for Asset Management.
