      • Relationships between Test Sets and Requirements in X-Ray is decided
      • It must be possible to easily navigate between different subsets of tests:
        • Telescope (Mid/Low)
        • AA[x] such as AA0.5, AA1, etc, also sITF, PSI
        • Subcomponent (CSP, CBF, MCS, DSH LMC, TMC)
        • Functional domain (Monitor&Control, Alarm mngment, sensing, visibility ingests, etc)

    Description

      The attached image shows relationships between XRay test, test plans, test sets, requirements, and scenarios. These relationships need to be well understood during the course of the PI and a test XRay sandbox project will be used for learning this: https://sandbox.getxray.app/secure/Dashboard.jspa

      The SUT defined in https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/SP-1773+PSI+Mid+System+Integration+Test+1 has a small set of tests defined.

      We also have https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/DRAFT%3A+Relating+Requirements+to+the+SUT that list possible L1 Requirements and ICDs that are potentially linked to SUT1.

      The aim for this Enabler will be to

      • verify assumptions around information flow via TaskTop to and from X-Ray & JAMA, taking into account possible use cases such as
        • X-Ray helper scripts developed by KAROO to sync automated tests with Git repositories,
        • Manual tests and where they should be managed,
          and influence decisions on implementation,
      • take at least one (or, if possible via automation, all) L1 Verification Requirement(s) and define it as a Test Set, 
      • define as many tests as are feasible as part of this Test Set, 
      • define the manual tests where automated tests are not possible,
      • link these tests to pytest features where applicable.

       The organisation of tests inside XRay-type Jira projects need to be defined as part of this Enabler
