SubRack: Build testing environment for SubRack Module

As industrial engagement for the Subrack continues there is a growing need to have facilities available subrack functionality, not only for acceptance testing but also to establish a platform upon which to build subrack management capability.
In PI12 a draft document describing the complete test procedures and the required test equipment for the subrack unit (Subrack management board, backplane, power, clocc and timing distribution, interaction with TPMs ). The document will be delivered to the company in charge of the industrialization process to be revised and adapted to the industrial construction plan.
