      Given: PSS software processing modules that depend on FPGA hardware are installed on the Kelvin reference server

      When: A developer needs to develop, compile and test FPGA-based PSS software on Kelvin

      Then: A production library (Rabbit) supporting the Kelvin FPGA hardware is compiled and exists on Kelvin, and PSS software can be linked against it in order to enable execution and testing of PSS software on the Kelvin reference server

      And: the code is made available and documented on the  PSS SKA repository
