      Known TMC bugs and vulnerabilities fixed, TMC is stable and reliably reports  errors and faults and implements procedures that can be used to bring the telescope to the know state.

      Create and add to CI pipeline tests that verify that the known bugs have been fixed.

      Analyze and discuss the uncovered issues and bugs and the solutions - share within the team to support learning.
