Description

Exporters are required for the cheetah pipeline CDOS to handle output from the FLDO module. There are three different exporters required, mirroring those of the SPS pipeline exporters. Each of these should be a separate feature:

An exporter that writes out candidates into an ascii file. This will be used for verification and testing.
An exporter that writes out the candidate data to a binary format on disk (filterbank/psrfits/psarchive?). Used in verification and testing
A transport protocol for export to SDP (similar to the SpCclSpeadStreamer for Sps conadidates). Our experience with the SpCclSpeadStreamer should inform us as to practicalities of using SPEAD2. This is the subject of this Feature. This may have to to split into more than one Feature
