Following on from previous work done: https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/IAM+Auth
This enables anyone with an account on the relevant IAM instance to access the instance. Since IAM has group memberships, it would make sense to enable these within the JupyterHub, for more access control. This feature aims to enable this.
