Better socialisation of the Product Roadmap

Teams are given an opportunity to feed feature details to PO and, in turn into the feature backlog workshops and, in turn from PO back to the team. Product Management team is "grooming" the feature backlog during the PI: Starting earlier obtaining better definition better acceptance criteria. Need to get PI planning where teams already know the features, the presentation on the product vision should talk about the top 10 features for other stakeholders....this is being DONE. Some (more than zero) system demo's during PI execution to get stakeholder input/feedback....generally a System Demo per Sprint. PO to be proxy for stakeholder/feature owner, teams cna schedule bi-weekly interaction for peer review/selective feature owner input. Better organisation of the feature backlog: Backlog items should be clear and ideally in priority orrder in advance of the PI meeting. Organised by feature set...more transparency now. Use of Epics at Program and Team level to understand "themes"...done via "feature sets " rather.
