    Description

IMplement and test support for data capture from TPM to disk file on MCCS server.

Follows on/extends the implementation of Configure/scan to trigger a data output stream for offline analysis.

DAQ module for streaming data from TPM to local file exists from AAVS; need to analyze and import this module to the MCCS package. An initial decision is needed on how to manage file names, start and stop capture inside of MCCS structure.
Tile Simulator should recognize connection to DAQ, generate synthetic data if possible.
Tile device should implement commands to control hardware capture.
