Standard version: report using the average conditions but with the good and bad range also given as a sort of range (perhaps in grey to make it clear that it is secondary)
Extended/expert version: additional ability to input weather information for calculation

Standard version: If no source input assume 45 degrees elevation. If there is a source input, assume 45 degrees if the source ever rises above that elevation. If the source never gets to 45 degrees elevation then use the max elevation it rises to.

Description

At the moment sensitivities are calculated assuming an elevation close to zenith and a standard set of weather conditions. We will now implement Operations policy to ensure that these values are more realistic and as a consequence, the sensitivity.
