    Description

Define and add device structures (Interface and Tango devices) for the Cambinet Management Board (CMB) and Rack Management Board (RMB)
This is mainly related to the management board Tango drivers (TPI), they are similar. Sanitas has begun to immplement the access layer drivers for these devices. Gianni Comoretto reports that TEAM CREAM has offered some existing device objects which can be used.

      Notes:

      >>>Simon M question. Does this overlap with the Power(On()) Feature? Ie in terms of things like rack power management. Need to define in the scope if this feature? GC: These devices are used by the Power(On()) to communicate with the APIU device in the new system.
