Updates to the Antenna device

The purpose of this feature was for the MCCS team to document the current understanding of the Antenna device its interaction with other devices. It was always understood that what we believe the Antenna device should be at the present time may not be what it needs to be in the future. However it was strongly felt that we needed to document something and indicate how it could work as be think it should now.
