      Created Helm Chart for deploying Mid CSP.LMC components on minimal set of Skampi.
      The Mid CSP.LMC HELM chart defines the limits and requests for the k8s resources, as required and relies on the tango-util library (ver. 0.2.4).

      The project chart (mid-csp-0.1.0.tar.gz) has been released into the SKA chart repository on nexus:

    Description

      Ensure that the CSP LMC helm chart from Skampi can work as a Helm Sub-Chart from Skampi and can be deployed independently.

      An initial refactor of the sub-chart has been done as part of Skampi, but it is unclear that this is sufficiently correct.
