Enable testing of the yandasoft regularised solver in dimensions other than frequency.

Will offer competitive performance at SKA scales.

Can be used to generate the ionospheric QA metrics described in Jordan et al. 2018 (2018ApJ...867...15T), for example on data simulated in OSKAR.

Yandasoft is available at https://bitbucket.csiro.au/projects/ASKAPSDP/repos/yandasoft/browse, and can be built with all of the base repositories using the yandasoft integrated project available at https://github.com/rtobar/all_yandasoft.

While the acceptance criteria states that the work will be merged into the "develop" branch, I would like to do more thorough testing before doing that, as the develop branch is used to process ASKAP data. So I will leave it in branch SP-1078-DDcal for the time being. All changes to the base repositories have been merged into the develop branch.

      Documentation is available at https://bitbucket.csiro.au/projects/ASKAPSDP/repos/askap-docs/browse
