ODA v1.8.0 (ODA helper function for SBD creation)

Summary

This release of the ODA changes the way that the various entities are created. The API now uses POST commands to create the entities and PUT commands to update them. The POST/creation commands no longer require an entity id which is now created by the ODA using SKUID. And finally, there is now a oda_helper function which can be used to create an SBD from e.g. a Jupyter Notebook and which also contains the original methods in the previous eb_client (create and update EB).
