Summary

Low CBF Connector release for AA0.5. This release contains all the core functionalities for operating the P4 switch in the AA0.5 configuration. This includes:

• Routing for astronomy traffic
  • SPS using LFAA v1 and v2
  • SDP using IP address and port
  • PSR using beam number
• ARP support 
  • ARP resolver for SDP
• Tango support for all the above
• Simple telemetry with new rate and packet per second from the SDE
