Summary
The ska-pst-integration package has been renamed ska-pst, which will now serve as the single umbrella chart for launching, controlling, and monitoring a PST Beam instance.

- Simulation mode: a single variable can be used to enable simulation mode; there is no longer any need to directly deploy the ska-pst-lmc package for simulation mode
- new application to denormalise data and weights file into a 32-bit floating point DADA file suitable for use with DSPSR
