1)Central node show health state as UNKNOWN after initialisation.This issue has been fixed as a part of this release  . HealthState Attribute has been initialised to OK at the initialisation of the device

2)Validate the input json Assign Resources command in central node for mid before submitting to command executor, so that before entering the queue the json will be validated
