• Refactored the st_configure() function in ControlInterface.cpp so that the configuredBand attribute is only advertised as DATA_CAPTURE mode once configuration is fully complete, rather than at the start of the configuration.

Removed

• Removed one push_change_event() from configure_band() function in ControlInterface.cpp so as to eliminate possible multiple push change events, confusing other devices which might be listening to updates.

Fixed

• Resolves SKB-405 which was one reason why TMC get stuck in configuring. The overall TMC configuring issue is not yet solved though. See SKB-399
