• CIP-2732: Added sphinx directives to generate tables for command documentation. Added interface validator to check that interface in input parameter is valid.

• MAP-115: Updated the Taranta Dashboard for deployed namespaces to show LRU power status, assigned dishes and the DISH ID for a talon board.
• MAP-116: Updates the behaviour of the talon boards, so that they report that their IPs are not set, rather than showing a default IP.
