PST v0.11.0 - Initial support for Flow Through Mode

This release, supports TPO-849 Low G4 for PI21.

Added

• PST Flow Through Mode Command and Configuration (functionality to be implemented in next PI):
  • Added required Configure Scan parameters to the ska-telmodel schema 
  • Developed the Monitoring and Control functionality 
  • BDD tests that demonstrate the happy-path control model integration
  • Developed the skeleton for the C++ Signal Processing Pipeline
  • Integrated into the helm chart templates
• Support for executing CI pipelines that target specific GPU resources in Gitlab and the Low PSI.
• The PST CBF Simulator can now read and play back Packet Capture (PCAP) files provided by Low / Mid CBF for interface validation.

Changed

• Migrated the multiple PST component repositories (ska-pst-common, ska-pst-lmc, ska-pst-recv, ska-pst-smrb, ska-pst-dsp, ska-pst-stat, ska-pst-send and ska-pst-testutils) into a single repository ska-pst.
• Added CUDA (11.7.1) support to the Ubuntu 22.04 development container and runtime container used to build the C++ libraries, applications and runtime deployments.
• Updated SDP Data Product Dashboard dependency from 0.4.4 to 0.6.2
• Updated SKA Telescope Model dependency to 1.12.0 with CSP Schema to support both versions 2.4 and 2.5
• Migrated to using TANGO operator in PST helm charts

Deprecated

• The usage of the PST subcomponent repositories listed above.

Removed

• Refactor the local monitoring and control structure to remove internal subcomponent TANGO devices, using component managers instead.

Fixed

• AT3-650 BDD test for single scan configuration for multiple scans puts system into invalid state

Test Evidence

The Following BDD tests have been updated with the simple happy path support for Flow Through Mode.

• XTP-22309 PST can be configured to perform a scan.
• XTP-22311 PST can perform a scan
• XTP-22322 PST can stop a scan
• XTP-22313 PST can return to the Idle State
• XTP-32402 - test execution of the release build
