Description

Summary

DISH LMC bug fixes to resolve SKB-266 and improves the deployment to the different integration environments.

Added

Implement placeholder long running command for scan command. There is no functionality behind this command, it only replies completed to allow TMC to continue pair-wise testing without being blocked. The design to flesh out behaviour will be added in KAR-776 and included in the next release.

Removed

Legacy C++ related source code and dependencies

Fixed

Deployment of dish components for dish IDs greater than 99 (SKB-266)
