Description
We (SKAO) are not currently able to upload to EULAKE-1 site from machines hosted on cloud infrastructure.
For erroring machines, a gfal-ls on these endpoints yields an operation timeout:

This error is not consistent across machines and does not present on two of the machines tested (local, not cloud), but does on two VMs hosted in two separate clouds. Have also tried using two different certificates.
Other sites do not present the same issue (except for LAPP-*, see EDLK-95).
