Description
The LOW Signal Processing System (SPS) relies on setting a system wide "synchronisation time" for all the stations, allowing their integrations to be synchronised to the same 1PPS signal. This synch time will need to be reset at least once per month - simultaneously on all stations - to prevent a wrap-around of the timestamp word. During the reset valid data cannot be obtained.
The purpose of this ADR is to define the approach to setting this synchronisation time in the SPS. Since all LOW scans may be stopped during the reset this may involve TMC and OSO software.

Why Now? AAVS3 is approaching and the integration of MCCS into AA0.5 is not far off.
Scope: MCCS, TMC, OSO?
