Monitoring and Control of SAT.FRQ Receiver Module

During PI13 the decision was made to place the Synchronisation And Timing Receiver Module (SAT.RM) inside the SPFRx (Single Pixel Feed Receiver) enclosure which is placed on the MID Dish indexer.

The design decision need to be made regarding the local monitor and control of the SAT.RM, more specifically, will the SAT.RM control will be via the Dish.LMC or SAT.LMC.

Why now?

Decision is required in order to update the requirements and ICDs and implemented changes in time for AA0.5.

Scope:

As result of this decision the interface between DISH.LMC and SPFRx may be updated, as well as the interface between TMC and DISH.LMC.  The changes are expected to be minor.

Quality:

Need to consider potential impact on TMC, DISH.LMC, SPFRx, and SAT.LMC and clearly define interfaces and requirements.
