Determining the appropriate computing infrastructure management solution/s for the life cycle management of computing hardware installations throughout the SKA.

Why now?
There are a hierarchy of decisions that are directly or indirectly affected by the choice of infrastructure management solution selected. These impacts are primarily centred around how Compute, Network and Storage is presented to middle-ware and shared services, and also the constraints on operational life-cycle of these products. By determining the solution for infrastructure management, we then have greater clarity about the characteristics and requirements of these dependent products, making it then easier to determine the solutions for these niches.

Scope: All platform deployments - HQ, Mid and Low (this may also generate recommendations for SRCs)
