General software naming convention

Description

    A common naming convention used through the project will be important in aligning the understanding of the software system between multiple stakeholders.

    why now: an ongoing effort is underway to rework the ska PBS for construction. this is the perfect chance to align to one single terminology and have a common naming scheme for software products.
