      Reducing the technical debt improves the quality of TMC prototype. Resolving Linting errors in LMC Base Class ensures passing the pipeline. The removal of unwanted states (Stretch) will align the LMC base classes subarray state model with the state model in CS guidelines and thus the subarray behaviour will be exactly as expected.

    Description

       

      Some of the issues are:

      1) Improve test coverage of TMC prototype code

      2) Resolve LMC base class issue of Linting errors seen currently

       

      3) As a Stretch, following changes to LMC Base Classes

      Remove the PAUSE and RESUME states in the SKA state model

      The current implementation of subarray state model in LMC Base classes differs from the state model described in CS Guideline document. The PAUSE and RESUME states are no longer valid and should be removed.
