Description
There are a number of ASKAP continuum and spectral line datasets that require very large images during selfcal and deconvolution because of one or two strong sources just outside the primary beam. The large images (and corruption of calibration solutions) can be avoided by peeling the stroung out-of-beam sources.
In this feature one such dataset will be identified and used to test both the newly developed Yandasoft peeling functionality and the need for DD calibration in ASKAP processing pipelines.
