Facilitate and align activities to achieve end-to-end user test from OET to TPM on PSI Low k8s cluster

Define the BDD end-to-end test and translate this into a suitable series of commands in a Jupyter notebook. Facilitate alignment between the other teams involved in this Objective (Buttons, MCCS, SST) to ensure the SW developed by each is mutually consistent. Work with the Buttons team to extend an existing WebJive dashboard for the purposes of this test. Work with SST (Gerhard Le Roux) to ensure that the MVP can be integrated and run on the PSI Low k8s cluster. Ensure that VIOLA is able to remotely access both the Jupityr notebook interface and the WebJive interface. Appropriately elevate and mitigate, if possible, any risks to the completion of the Objective that arise from factors outside VIOLA's control. Step-by-step procedure documented.
