Steps towards deployment of a simple CBF emulator in MVP

Deployed CBF emulator that successfully injects CBF data into front end of PSS pipeline therefore enabling the testing of the CBF-PSS interface and the functionality of the PSS pipeline.  Given: PSS Pipeline needs testing with CBF data When : commanded Then: CBF Emulator injects sythesised CBF data complying with CBF-PSS ICD into front end of PSS pipeline
